   The First Recipe in Cooke's Cooking file is uploaded. Buttermilk Pancakes! What better way to start off than the reason I learned to cook. Be an early riser, breakfast was my favorite meal. But no one else was willing to get up early enough to make it for me. So I taught myself. I'd like to think that over the years, I've perfected this comfort food of mine.
